Our Founder
Erica graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Rhetoric and Composition. She is an avid runner who enjoys running half marathons and the occasional full marathon. She resides in Gilbert, AZ with her husband (Brent), son (Triston), daughters (Fiona and Eden), and their (first born) Great Dane (Beau).
When she's not staring at, and analyzing, data sheets she can be found outside. Whether it's running the local Gilbert canals, biking around the neighborhood, being convinced by Brent to go hiking, or camping up in the AZ mountains, she embraces what the beautiful state (and weather) has to offer in Arizona. The Pauly's are active members of their local church and have a huge heart for missions, both overseas and local.
